Jabal Al Jamal Technical Services L.L.C. proudly contributed to one of Dubai’s largest residential development projects involving the construction and maintenance of 398 modern villas in the prestigious area of Al Awir.
This high-value, large-scale residential infrastructure project showcases our capacity for quality, scale, and excellence in MEP support services—solidifying our position as one of the most reliable technical services providers in the UAE.
Our Scope of Work:
We delivered end-to-end HVAC services tailored to each villa. Our responsibilities included the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of all essential HVAC components as detailed below:
- Installation of all HVAC ducting systems including Pre-Insulated Ducts, Flexible Ducts, and Acoustic Linear components per villa 20.
- Installation of GI Ductwork per villa.
- Installation of HVAC Control Components such as Dampers (VCD, NRD, Gravity Dampers).
- Installation of Air Outlets, including Grilles, Diffusers, and Louvers.
- Installation of Exhaust Systems, Fans, and Vibration Isolators.
- Complete DX Unit HVAC Installation, including Copper Piping, Insulation, Vibration Isolators, Cabling, and Clamp Supports.
- Final-stage HVAC completion including Sundries, Tagging, As-built Drawings, Painting, Shop Drawings, O&M Manuals, and all mechanical finishing work.
