In December 2024, we successfully completed the full-scale HVAC installation for 20 luxury villas, delivering a perfect balance of performance, efficiency, and comfort. Our team handled every stage — from precise ductwork installation to final mechanical finishing — ensuring that each villa met the highest international standards in air conditioning and ventilation.

Our Work Process

1. Pre-Insulated & Flexible Duct Installation

We began with the installation of pre-insulated ducts and flexible ducts featuring acoustic linear insulation. This setup not only ensured optimal airflow but also minimized noise levels, creating a peaceful indoor environment.

2. Durable GI Ductwork

For maximum longevity, we used Galvanized Iron (GI) ductwork. Each section was fabricated and installed with precision to provide leak-free, efficient airflow to every corner of the villas.

3. Advanced Damper Systems

To maintain perfect climate control, we installed Volume Control Dampers (VCD), Non-Return Dampers (NRD), and Gravity Dampers. These components regulate airflow, prevent backflow, and enhance energy efficiency.

4. Air Outlets, Grills & Diffusers

The finishing touch to each villa’s HVAC system included air outlets, grills, diffusers, and louvers. These elements were selected for both performance and design appeal, blending seamlessly into the interiors.

5. Fans, Exhaust & Ventilation Units

We integrated high-performance fans, exhaust systems, and ventilation units with vibration isolators to ensure smooth operation without unwanted noise or mechanical stress.

6. DX Units & Copper Piping

Each villa was equipped with Direct Expansion (DX) Units, complete with copper piping, fittings, and insulation. Vibration isolators, cable trays, and clamps were installed to guarantee a stable and efficient system.

7. Final Touches & Mechanical Works

We concluded the project with shop drawings, tagging, painting, as-built documentation, operation & maintenance manuals, and all final mechanical works — ensuring the system is ready for years of reliable service.
